Situated on the Caspian Sea coast, Baku is Azerbaijan’s capital city as well as its largest. Baku is home to a number of unique modern buildings, including the triple Flame Towers skyscrapers, which are lit up at night with an LED display meant to look like flames, and the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center.
